Report to the President on Issues Raised by the Virginia Tech Tragedy

The 2010-2011 Advocacy Committee will:

• Identify policy and legislative issues impacting the mental health system

• Educate the Mental Health Connection membership and key stakeholders about such issues

• Facilitate advocacy efforts regarding identified issues

• Recommend policy changes to support the mental health service delivery system when appropriate.
