Two of the Learning Communities decided to join forces after bringing similar recommendations to the community. Both groups wanted to implement formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the community. Since that time, they have identified potential experts, trainers and consultants and are in the process of determining the best solutions for Tarrant County.

 

The 2010-2011 Externalizing/Internalizing Implementation Team will:

• Oversee implementation of the EBP pilot programs recommended by the 2007-2008 Learning Communities

• Ensure finalization of implementation plans, including budgets, social marketing strategies, evaluation plans and action steps.

• Recruit and trains volunteers to complete the work.

• Determine future needs for supporting and sustaining of the work of the teams.
