Measuring
Systems Change

Mental Health Connection is working with MHMR Tarrant County to conduct a survey designed to measure systems change in Tarrant County within the past six years. We are hoping to hear from agencies, front-line staff, supervisors, families, educators, physicians, researchers, therapists and anyone else who has been involved in any way with Mental Health Connection since 2002. Even individuals who attended the "Fine Line" photography exhibit could add to our knowledge base by completing the survey.

This survey will take approximately 20 minutes of your time, depending on your involvement in system of care transformation and the depth of any comments you want to make. The results will be shared with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as a part of our final report on Community Solutions and its achievements.
